Interplaza Escuintla es un proyecto de uso mixto está ubicado en el km. 60 de la Autopista Palín-Escuintla, y forma parte de la historia Metroproyectos y los habitantes de este importante departamento.
La primera fase, compuesta por autoservicios (freestandings) fue inaugurada en 2017 y está conformada por importantes marcas de restaurantes y conveniencia: Pollo Campero, Taco Bell, Lai Lai, Domino’s Pizza, Los Cebollines, Chili’s, Helados Pops, Empanadas Argentinas, Café Barista, Little Ceasars, Gasolinera Puma, Súper 24, Dollarcity y Excel Automotriz, entre otros.
La segunda fase es un centro comercial regional, que se inauguró en 2021. Posteriormente, el complejo inmobiliario contará con una torre de oficinas, vivienda, área educativa y más.
